Every driver must fill out a W-9 form
to provide information to Foodies Xpress, so we can later report the contractor's yearly earnings on a 1099 form.
Please download, fill out and email a copy of this W9 form if you would like to be considered for a position.

Submit a Copy of your Driver's License
You just need a valid driver's license and insurance.
No matter how you deliver, you'll need to submit your Drivers License and W9 form. If you're delivering by car, you must be at least 19 years old, have a 2-door or 4-door car, and have a valid driver's license in your name
